Rental Accessory

Configuration

1. Go to Configuration > Rental Equipment.
2. In the Rental Accessories section, click Create (+).
3. Enter the accessory details:
• Name
• Description
• Photo
4. Configure the available inventory quantity.

Availability Options

You can customize how the accessory is offered based on your needs.

Require this accessory when renting this equipment: Enable this option if the accessory must be added whenever a specific piece of equipment is rented.

Example: A helmet may be required when renting a mountain bike.

Then, select the accessory availability:

• Not available to guests: Only logged-in customers can add the accessory to their reservation.
• Available only when renting the main equipment: The accessory can only be selected when a compatible piece of equipment is being rented.

Pricing

If needed, configure:

• The accessory pricing.
• The purchase period during which the accessory is available to customers.

Save

Once the configuration is complete, click Save to create the rental accessory.
