Increase your revenue and sales opportunities with the smart purchase process

Step 1: Access the product you want to configure

From the left-hand menu, click Configuration.

Select one of the following categories:

Step 2: Select the product

Open the product for which you want to configure purchase suggestions.

Example: Select Mountain Bike – Day Ticket under the Activity category.

Step 3: Configure suggestions for specific items

In the Details section, scroll down to Offer this product for purchase of.

Select the products you want to associate with this suggestion.

For example, you can associate this activity with mountain bike rental equipment and/or lodging.

These products will then be automatically suggested to the customer when they add the activity to their cart.

Step 4: Configure suggestions by category

From the left-hand menu, click Configuration.

Select one of the following categories:

Select the desired category by clicking Edit.

Example: Mountain Bike.

Click the Product at purchase of dropdown menu, then select the products you want to offer with the category.

Step 5: Save your changes

Click Save at the bottom of the page to save your changes.

The associated products will now be automatically suggested during the customer’s purchase journey and can be added directly to their cart.
