It makes it easier to manage availability, adjust pricing, and add personalized notes for optimal tracking. **![IMG\_0612](https://hub.endorphine.ca/hs-fs/hubfs/IMG_0612.jpeg?width=670&height=436&name=IMG_0612.jpeg)** **Navigating the calendar** Use the arrows at the top left to switch between months or years. This navigation allows you to easily view past and upcoming booking periods. When an accommodation is configured in **Booking by Space** mode, you can view: - The **name of the customer** who made the reservation. - The **number of spaces reserved**. - The **number of spaces remaining available** for booking. This information makes it easy to track occupied spaces and remaining availability for an accommodation. ![IMG\_0689](https://hub.endorphine.ca/hs-fs/hubfs/IMG_0689.jpeg?width=670&height=435&name=IMG_0689.jpeg) **Managing availability and pricing** The calendar allows you to directly manage the availability and pricing of your lodging: - Block or unblock a lodging for specific dates. - Add notes to dates or reservations for personalized tracking. - Modify the nightly rate for specific periods. **Procedure** Select a date or reservation. In the window that opens, choose from the following options: - Make a lodging available or unavailable. - Modify the nightly rate. - Add a personalized note. **Managing reservations** By selecting an existing reservation, you can: **Modify the status** using the drop-down menu: - Awaiting arrival - Checked in - Checked out Indicate whether the guest has a late arrival (**Yes / No**). Confirm whether cleaning has been completed (**Yes / No**). Modify the booking dates if necessary. Hold down the **SHIFT** key. 2. Select the first and last date of the desired period.
