Check-out Declaration

The check-out declaration process follows a similar logic to the check-in declaration.

Access the Check-out Declaration

1. From the customer’s ticket, click the three vertical dots.
2. Select Check-out Declaration.

Enter Check-out Details

Fishing

Select No fishing or add one or more bodies of water.

Enter:

• Body of water name
• Fishing date
• Duration

You can also add species information, including:

• Total weight
• Number released
• Number consumed
• Number gutted
• Number gutted and beheaded
• Number processed into fillets

Hunting

Select No hunting or add a hunting category.

Enter:

• Hunting type: Small game or Big game
• Number of days
• Quantity per species
• Maturity
• Weapon used

Activities

For each participant, enter the activities that were completed.

Specify the activity date.

Finalize the Declaration

Click Save to submit the check-out declaration.
