[Search](https://hub.endorphine.ca/en/base-de-connaissances/search?hsLang=en) # Customer profile ## Manage customer profile information The customer profile allows you to view and update all important customer information, as well as centralize several elements useful for managing your operations. **![IMG\_0631](https://hub.endorphine.ca/hs-fs/hubfs/IMG_0631.jpeg?width=670&height=439&name=IMG_0631.jpeg)** **Edit customer information** To edit a customer’s information: From the **Search** tab, open the customer’s profile by entering their information. Click the **pencil icon (Edit)** located at the top right of the screen. Make the desired changes, then save your changes. **Sections available in the customer profile** The customer profile includes several sections that allow you to manage different types of information: **Notes** You can add internal notes related to the customer. These notes are only visible to your team. **Season subscriptions** View the season subscriptions associated with the customer. **Documents** You can upload documents related to the customer. These documents are for internal use only and are not visible to the customer. **Family and companions** Add family members or companions associated with the customer. This feature is specific to customers of the **ZEC Network**. **Vehicles** Add vehicles associated with the customer. **Permits** Add or manage the customer’s permits. This feature is specific to customers of the **ZEC Network**. **Cards** Add different cards associated with the customer, such as: - Quad card - Membership card - Other relevant cards **Account management** This section allows you to manage certain customer account settings, including: - Preferred language - Communication preferences **Access the customer’s orders** **![IMG\_0632](https://hub.endorphine.ca/hs-fs/hubfs/IMG_0632.jpeg?width=670&height=435&name=IMG_0632.jpeg)** At the bottom of the customer profile, you can access all orders associated with the customer.
