Perform a search

Customer search

You can search for a customer profile by entering:

• Customer name
• Customer email

Want to communicate with your customers and leverage your data?

In the Search and Customers section, you can export your complete customer list. You will also see whether each customer has consented to receive communications from you.

You will have access to information such as their first name, last name, email address, postal code, etc.

Order search

To find an order, use:

• Order reference number
• Customer name
• Customer email

This section provides quick access to the information needed to manage your tickets, season subscriptions, rentals, reservations, and customers.

To make your searches easier, you can use the available filters by selecting the different statuses corresponding to the information you are looking for.

Ticket search

You can search for a ticket using the following criteria:

• Reference number
• Customer name
• Customer email

Additional filters

• Activity start period: Search based on the ticket activation period.
• Purchase period: Search based on the date the ticket was purchased.
• Advanced filtering: Filter results by category or product.

Season subscription search

Season subscriptions can be searched using the same criteria as tickets:

• Reference number
• Customer name
