[Modify or refund an order](https://hub.endorphine.ca/en/base-de-connaissances/search?hsLang=en#modify-or-refund-an-order) # Modify the owner of a daily activity or subscription **Step 1 – Access Search** From the left-hand menu, click **Search**. **Step 2 – Search for the Customer or Order** In the **Customer**, **Order**, or **Subscription** section, enter the customer’s information, such as their name or email address. ![IMG\_0636](https://hub.endorphine.ca/hs-fs/hubfs/IMG_0636.jpeg?width=670&height=433&name=IMG_0636.jpeg) ![IMG\_0637](https://hub.endorphine.ca/hs-fs/hubfs/IMG_0637.jpeg?width=670&height=436&name=IMG_0637.jpeg) Run the search. **Step 3 – Access the Order or Subscription** Depending on the section you use, the navigation may vary: **From the Customer tab** Click the customer’s name, then select the **Subscriptions** tab. Click the **three vertical dots** next to the subscription and select **Change Holder**. **From the Order tab** Click the customer’s order, then click the **three vertical dots** next to the ticket reference number. Select **Change Holder**. **From the Subscription tab** Click the **three vertical dots** next to the customer’s subscription, then select **Change Holder**. **Step 4 – Update the Holder’s Information** Update the required information: - First name - Last name - Email address - Year of birth **Step 5 – Save the Changes** Click **Save** to confirm the changes.
