Customer profile – user

 View and manage your user profile.

From your user profile, you can access several sections to view and manage your information.

Site access

Click Site access to view your access permissions and privileges on the platform.

Packages

Click Packages to access information about your current or upcoming packages. You can:

• View your QR code
• View your invoice
• View the items associated with your package
  

Season passes

Click Season passes to access information about your season passes. You can:

• View your QR code
• View your invoice
• Change the pass holder

Rentals

Click Rentals to view information about your current or upcoming rentals.

Lodging

Click Lodging to access details about your lodging reservations. You can:

• View your invoice

Purchase history

In the Purchases section, click Purchase history to view a list of your past purchases.

Profile

The Profile section contains several subsections for managing your personal information.

Personal information

View, edit, or update your personal information, such as your contact details and address.

Family and companions

Add family members or companions to your profile.

Vehicle

Add a vehicle to your profile or edit the information for an existing vehicle, such as:

• Make
• Model
• License plate number

Hunting and fishing licenses

Add your hunting, fishing, or trapping licenses by entering the license number and expiration date.

Quad Québec card

Add your Quad Québec card number and save your information.

Settings

The Settings section contains several options for configuring your account.

Password

Change your password from this section.

Communication preferences

Choose your communication preferences, including your display language (French or English).
