Add the report information** **Report title:** Enter a descriptive name to easily identify your report. **Report type:** Select the appropriate option from the drop-down menu: - **Actual sales report:** Includes only sales that were actually completed during a given period. - **Consumed sales report:** Based on the dates when products are consumed and includes: - Payments received - Deferred revenue - Accounts receivable **3. Information included in the report** Each report includes the following information: - **Type:** Category based on the applicable module. - **Name:** Product name. - **Product:** Pricing applied to each product. - **GL code:** Configurable under **Settings** for accounting and tracking purposes. - **Quantity:** Number of products sold. - **Amount before discount:** Displays the original amount before a promotional code is applied. - **Total amount:** Final amount after promotions and discounts have been applied. **4. Additional information** A dedicated **Refunds** section displays details of all refunded transactions. At the bottom of the report, you will find the **real-time platform fees**. **5. Taxes collected and remittances** You can view the amounts of **GST, QST, and lodging tax** collected directly in your **Actual sales report** on Endorphine at any time. These amounts represent the taxes collected that you will need to remit for the period in question. In the **Consumed sales report**, the taxes shown (GST, QST, and lodging tax) reflect only the taxes associated with services consumed during the selected period.
