Steps to Create a Promo Code

Access the Promo Codes Section

1. Go to Operations.
2. Click Promo Codes.

Create a New Promo Code

1. Click Add Promo Code.
2. Enter a Code Description to identify its purpose.

Define the Code Options

Under Promo Code Option:

1. Select Apply Automatically.
2. Choose the code type, such as daily ticket or subscription.
3. Enter the discount amount as a percentage (%) or a fixed dollar amount ($).

Define the Active Period

Select the start and end dates during which the promo code will be active.

Configure Requirements

Select Valid Quad Card as the requirement to qualify for the promotion.

Additional Options

You can also define:

• Whether the discount can be combined with other promotions.
• Whether the discount applies to specific products.
• Specific dates or time slots, if required.

Save and Activate

Review the information entered, then click Save to activate the promo code.

This configuration automatically applies the discount to customers with a valid Quad Card, simplifying both the customer experience and promotion management.

In each customer’s profile, you can invalidate a Quad Card at any time.
