During the purchase process, customers will be presented with a checkbox to confirm their acceptance before proceeding to the next step.

Refund and cancellation policy

Displayed for informational purposes during the purchase process and on customers’ invoices.

You can divide the policy into multiple separate paragraphs if it differs depending on the products.

Order confirmation

A general message sent to customers by email when they complete a purchase on your Endorphine platform.

Default reply-to email address

Allows you to add a contact email address.

If a customer replies to the order confirmation email, the message will be redirected to this predefined address.
