View a Customer’s Subscriptions and Packages

This procedure allows you to access a customer’s subscriptions and packages.

Steps

  1. From the left-hand menu, click Search.
  2. Enter the customer’s name or email address.

  3. Click Search.
  4. Open the customer’s profile.

  5. Click the Subscriptions tab.

You can now view the customer’s subscriptions and packages.
