Link user accounts

This feature allows you to link a subscription or package to one or more user accounts (holders) using their email addresses. Once the accounts are linked, each user can access their subscriptions and confirm the link.

Linking Methods

There are two ways to link a subscription or package to a user:

  • During an online purchase, by entering the holder’s email address in the designated field.
  • When creating an order, by entering the holder’s email address in the corresponding form.

Link Confirmation

Once the link has been created:

  • The holder(s) receive a confirmation email.
  • They can confirm the link directly from the email.

Changing a Holder

If there is an error or a change is required, you can modify the holder of a subscription or package.

After Confirmation

Once the link has been confirmed:

  • Subscriptions and packages are accessible from the main account (purchaser).
  • They are also visible in each holder’s account, if an account exists for the email address used.
  • Users can complete check-in and check-out declarations from their own account or from the main account.
